UV LEDs

VCC Ultraviolet (UV) LED series demonstrates high resistance to shock and vibration vs. traditional filament-based light sources, making them more reliable in the field. The VCC UV LED series provides low power consumption and is ideal for portable, battery-operated, or handheld devices. These UV LEDs are available in 3mm and 5mm thru-hole packages with wavelengths of 385nm and 405nm. Both VCC LED package styles are available with a narrow 15° and slightly wider 30º viewing angle.
