ESDx Suppressors/TVS Diodes

Diotec Semiconductor ESDx Suppressors/TVS Diodes are bidirectional clamping diodes in a SOD-323 package outline. These diodes offer ±30kV high Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) capability according to IEC 61000-4-2 standards for air and contact discharge. The stand-off voltage is 24V, and the clamping voltage is typically 36V at 1A peak current with a peak pulse power dissipation of 350W (8/20µs pulse). The ESDx diodes feature a junction capacitance of <50pF at 0VR and 1MHz frequency. These diodes are ideally suited for touch panels of industrial applications, remote controls to open garage doors, and smart home sensors to control lights or shutters.
