ICP-10100 Barometric Pressure & Temp Sensor ICs

TDK Invensense ICP-10100 High Accuracy, Low Power, Waterproof Barometric Pressure and Temperature Sensor ICs are based on MEMS Capacitive Technology. The MEMS Capacitive Technology delivers ultra-low noise at the lowest power, enabling relative accuracy, sensor throughput, and temperature stability. Measuring pressure differences with an accuracy of ±1Pa, the pressure sensor has accuracy-enabling altitude measurement differentials as small as 8.5cm, less than the height of a single stair step. The ICP-10100 has a small footprint 2mm x 2mm x 0.72mm and is waterproof to 1.5m depth due to its 10-pin LGA package. THe small package size and it's consumption of only 1.3μA at 1Hz makes he ICP-10100 well-suited for mobile phones, wearable fitness monitoring, drones, and battery-powered IoT. Other features include an industry-leading temperature coefficient offset of ±0.5Pa/°C and temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. High-performance barometric pressure sensing is enabled through the combination of high accuracy, low power, temperature stability, and waterproofing in a small footprint. Applications include sports activity identification, mobile indoor/outdoor navigation, and altitude-hold in drones.
