The Rectifiers combine low reverse current, low forward voltage, and lowest Qrr to enable high efficiency at high ambient temperatures. Available in several CFP package options with high power capabilities, these Nexperia devices offer a true alternative to SMA. These options result in better thermal performance and a smaller footprint.

PMEG045Vx Schottky Barrier Rectifiers

Nexperia PMEG045Vx Schottky Barrier Rectifiers supply a high power capability and a very low forward voltage. The PMEG045Vx is based on clip-bond technology, ideal for various applications. The Nexperia PMEG045Vx Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are offered in a CFP15B (SOT1289B) power and flat lead Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.

PMEG Schottky Rectifiers

Nexperia PMEG Schottky Rectifiers are planar Maximum Efficiency General Application (MEGA) devices with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. These Schottky rectifiers are available in a compact surface-mount package (DFN, SOD, and DSN). The Nexperia PMEG rectifiers provide usage in a wide variety of applications, including high-efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch-mode power supplies, and LED backlights for mobile devices.
