AP7348 Low Noise LDO with Enable

Diodes Incorporated AP7348 Low Noise Low Dropout (LDO) with Enable features high output voltage accuracy, low RDS(ON), high PSRR, and low quiescent current. This regulator determines the output voltage using two voltage references and four channels, each with an error amplifier, foldback current limiting, and a discharge circuit. The AP7348 LDO offers two enable inputs with EN1 controlling both VOUT1 and VOUT3, leaving VOUT2 and VOUT4 to be controlled by EN2. The two associated channels will discharge during turn-off. This LDO is based on a CMOS process, consumes low power, and is well suited for low-power handheld communication equipment. Typical applications include smartphones, tablets, RF supply, cameras, portable video, portable media player, wireless adapter, and wireless communication.
