AP22966 Dual Ch Programmable Load Switch

Diodes Inc. AP22966 Dual Ch Programmable Load Switch features a channel adjustable slew rate, settable by an external capacitor. The N-channel MOSFETs have a typical on-channel resistance of 18mΩ, which enables current handling up to 6A. It is designed to operate from 0.8V to 5.5V. This low quiescent current is ideal for use in battery powered systems where power consumption is a concern.
