EV-A Relay

Panasonic Industrial Devices EV-A Relay features 24Ω coil resistance, 12VDC rated voltage, and up to 6W of rated operating power. This relay features a small and lightweight design, 8000A short circuit tolerance, and a high cut-off capacity of 1800A at 500VDC without contact polarity. Panasonic Industrial Devices EV-A Relay is ideal for hybrid construction equipment, electric vehicles, and quick charge applications.

EV Automotive Relays (DC Contactors)

Panasonic EV Automotive Relays (DC Contactors) are compact and lightweight devices that offer safety via a capsule contact mechanism. To realize quick gap cutoff with high voltage DC, hydrogen gas is sealed in the capsule contact chamber. The gas has superior arc cooling capability. At the same time, an airtight construction prevents arc leakage, providing superior safety. Because the contact portion is sealed in hydrogen gas, there is no contact oxidation, resulting in high contact reliability. These high-capacity cutoff relays are also dustproof and waterproof. Panasonic EV Automotive Relays (DC Contactors) offer a 1 Form A contact arrangement, rated coil voltage range of 12VDC to 24VDC, and an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. Typical applications include electric vehicles, battery charge and discharge systems, and high voltage DC applications such as hybrid construction equipment.

EP High Capacity DC Cut-Off Relays

Panasonic EP High Capacity DC Cut-Off Relays are high DC voltage, high-current control capable, achieving 1000VDC switching and cut-off. These compact components feature a 1 Form A contact arrangement and low operating sound. The capsule contact mechanism is free from outside influence and offers high contact reliability and superior safety. The series feature a rated coil voltage range of 12VDC to 48VDC and an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. Applications for Panasonic EP High Capacity DC Cut-Off Relays include photovoltaic power generation systems, battery charge and discharge controls, cogeneration systems, inverters, electric discharge machines and welding equipment, and elevators.
