PTVS1-240C-M High Current TVS Diode

Bourns PTVS1-240C-M High Current TVS Diode is a bidirectional diode designed for high-power DC bus protection and clamping applications. The diode operates with bidirectional port protection and a 240V repetitive standoff voltage rating. The PTVS1-240C-M series provides effective electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection against high current surge and meets 1kA (8/20μs) current surge requirements. Bourns PTVS1-240C-M High Current TVS Diode is UL-listed and RoHS compliant.
