NCP81074 Single-Channel, Low-Side MOSFET Driver

onsemi NCP81074 Low-Side MOSFET Driver is capable of sourcing and sinking up to 10A. The NCP81074 driver provides a 7A peak current at the Miller plateau region. This capability reduces the Miller effect in MOSFETs switching transitions. onsemi NCP81074's split output configurations enable the designer to adjust the on and off slew rates. The NCP81074 driver is ideal for motor control, secondary synchronous rectifiers, and isolated power in servers, telecom applications, and data center equipment.
