SST-06-IRD Dual Junction Infrared LED

Luminus Devices SST-06-IRD Dual Junction Infrared LED features low thermal resistance and built-in ESD protection with a centroid wavelength of 810nm. This infrared LED features an 80-degree viewing angle. The SST-06-IRD LED is suitable for all SMT assembly methods. This infrared LED is stored within a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. The SST-06-IRD LED functions with 1A forward current, 4W power dissipation, and 5V reverse voltage. This infrared LED also functions at a forward voltage range of 2.8V to 3.4V. The SST-05-IR LED is ideal for use in machine vision, surveillance systems, iris and face recognition, number plate scanning, automotive sensing, and night vision.
