GLS85 NANDrive Embedded SSDs

Greenliant's GLS85 NANDrive™ Embedded SSDs offer a wide range of ball grid array (BGA) form factor solid-state drives (SSDs) for long-life, energy-efficient embedded applications. NANDrive SSDs have the same pin-out across all capacities in each family (PATA, SATA, eMMC), giving customers flexibility and simplifying board design. Industrial temperature (-40°C to +85°C) NANDrive is offered with 2-bits-per-cell (MLC) or 1-bit-per-cell (SLC) NAND to meet varying customer requirements for lifespan, endurance, and performance. Greenliant's SLC NAND-based, industrial-grade NANDrive products use EnduroSLC™ Technology to offer endurance of 50K, 100K, and 250K program/erase (P/E) cycles, and are qualified for the most demanding applications.
