MAX17620 Synchronous Step-Down DC-DC Converter

Analog Devices MAX17620 Synchronous Step-Down DC-DC Converter is a high-frequency, high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC-DC converter. The Analog Devices MAX17620 includes integrated MOSFETs that operate over a 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range. They support up to 600mA load current and 1.5V to 100% VIN output voltage. The high-frequency operation enables the use of small, low-cost inductors and capacitors.

Switching Regulators

Analog Devices Switching Regulators are highly efficient to support longer battery life, generate less heat, and consume less board space compared to other solutions on the market. Analog Devices' broad range of DC-DC switching regulators and controllers support a variety of applications and architectures.
