MULTILED® SFH 7018x for Vital Sign Monitoring

Ams OSRAM MULTILED® SFH 7018x for Vital Sign Monitoring feature a highly reflective QFN package for significantly greater light output. These three-in-one, high-performance multi-emitters for green, red, and infrared target heart rate and SpO2 monitoring. A sophisticated two-cavity design reduces interference between the green chip and the red/IR chip. The two cavities enable the light sources to be optimally positioned relative to the respective photodiodes, providing  greater measurement accuracy of vital signs. The SFH 7018A is optimised for maximum brightness and low Vf at a high current, in many cases enabling operation without a voltage booster.
