CGD1200HB2P-BM2 BM2 SiC Half-Bridge Module Tool

Wolfspeed CGD1200HB2P-BM2 BM2 SiC Half-Bridge Module Tool is optimized for use with Wolfspeed's high-performance 1200V BM2 half-bridge power modules. The tool operates at a high frequency and has an ultra-fast switching operation. It includes an onboard 2W power supply and is a primary OVLO and UVLO with hysteresis. The tool provides onboard overcurrent, shoot-through, and reverse polarity protection. It has differential inputs for increased noise immunity and provides a very low isolation capacitance.
