SBR Diodes are next-generation Schottky Rectifiers that utilize a MOS manufacturing process. This creates a superior two-terminal device with a lower forward voltage (V_F) than comparable Schottky diodes. The devices possess the thermal stability and high-reliability characteristics of PN epitaxial diodes.
