The XS300 Series abrasion-resistant Non-Expandable Nylon Sleeving from Alpha Wire offers professional-grade protection with a smooth inner wall to prevent internal abrasion damage. Alpha Wire's XS300 Series Non-Expandable Nylon Sleeving features and benefits include excellent abrasion resistance, -45ºC to +120ºC temperature range, 45-mil thick nylon, and ISO 6945 certification. The XS300 Series is also tightly woven, cuts cleanly with scissors, deflects high-pressure hose ruptures, and resists fuels, chemicals, UV rays, rot, and vermin.

XS300 Non-Expandable Nylon Sleeving

Alpha Wire XS300 Non-Expandable Nylon Sleeving is a tightly woven solution that deflects high-pressure hose ruptures. This abrasion-resistant XS300 series is ISO 6945 certified, cuts cleanly with scissors, and resists fuels, chemicals, UV rays, decay, and more. These sleeves are available in very specific diameters due to non-expandability, ranging from 0.71" to 3.66". The 45-mil thick nylon sleeves have a temperature range of -45°C to +120°C. Alpha Wire XS300 Non-Expandable Nylon Sleeving is ideal for automotive, industrial, machine tools, marine, military mining, petrochemical, solar, and wind power applications.
