SPSA068 Buck Voltage Regulator PMIC

STMicroelectronics SPSA068 Buck Voltage Regulator Power Management IC (PMIC) features a precise voltage reference for MCU applications. All the regulators have internal power switches. Low Power Mode (LPM) allows operation under light-load conditions, reducing the quiescent current to 50μA typical. An internal programmable memory allows the selection of the primary device parameters like output voltages and switching frequencies. An SPI interface can be used for diagnostics, programming, monitoring, and an external window watchdog. The STMicroelectronics SPSA068 PMIC offers features to support applications that need to fulfill functional safety requirements as defined by the Automotive Safety Integrity Level.
