IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

L99LD High-Efficiency Constant Current LED Driver

STMicroelectronics L99LD High-Efficiency Constant Current LED Driver is a complete constant current DC-DC converter LED driver for automotive applications. STMicroelectronics L99LD is manufactured with BCD5S 70V technology and assembled in a LQFP32 package. The L99LD is designed to be used in Boost, Buck-Boost and Fly back converter topologies. 

L99LDLH32 32-Channel LED Driver with CAN FD Light

STMicroelectronics L99LDLH32 32-Channel LED Driver is a monolithic linear current regulator optimized for automotive exterior OLED rear lighting applications. The high side configuration of the L99LDLH32 Driver's output channels enables the device to drive OLED panels with a common cathode. The L99LDLH32 provides up to 35V output driving capability, ideal for the wide spread of OLED forward voltage requirements. The device also features 32 regulated current sources able to provide from 1mA up to 15mA individually programmable current to drive each pixel of the OLED panel independently.
