MOSGENERICPOWBRD Generic Power Evaluation Board

The Infineon Technologies MOSGENERICPOWBRD Generic Power Evaluation Board drives loads of up to 400W at a battery voltage of 12V. This board is controlled by a system-on-chip MOTIX™ MCU with integrated MOSFET drivers in combination with OptiMOSTM-6 leadless MOSFETs. The MOSGENERICPOWBRD evaluation board allows the implementation of an automotive inverter application for controlling fans or pumps driven by BLDC motors. Typical applications include automotive fans and pumps, radiator fans and water pumps.
