GRF5509 High Efficiency Power Amplifier

Guerrilla RF GRF5509 High-Efficiency Power Amplifier delivers 4Watts OP1db with 5W P_sat, V_CC at 5V, and 125mA of I_ccq. This amplifier features a 0.7 to 1GHz tuning frequency range with a typical fractional bandwidth of 3% to 5%. The Guerrilla RF GRF5509 high-efficiency power amplifier operates at 5.5V supply voltage and -40°C to 85°C operating temperature range. This power amplifier is stored at -65°C to 150°C temperature range and functions at 0.7GHz to 1GHz tuning frequency range. Typical applications include 900MHz ISM, an automatic meter reader, and RFID.
