XENSIV™ TLE5571 Magnetic Current Sensors

Infineon Technologies XENSIV™ TLE5571 Magnetic Current Sensors are differential Tunnel Magnetoresistance (TMR)-based, coreless current sensors with an ultrafast single-ended analog output and overcurrent detection (OCD) with a programmable threshold. With a dedicated fault pin to report internal failures and ASIL C compliance with ISO 26262, the devices are particularly suitable for fast protection in automotive and industrial applications, such as HV efuses and solid-state circuit breakers (SSBCs) that require current sensing with minimal input-to-output delay.
