QPF4607 Wi-Fi® 7 Front End Modules (FEMs)

Qorvo QPF4607 Wi-Fi^® 7 Front End Modules (FEMs) are highly integrated devices designed for Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) systems. Engineered for 6GHz wireless systems, these devices operate across the 5.945GHz to 7.125GHz frequency range. Designed with a compact 5mm × 3mm package and an integrated matching network, the FEMs help reduce board space while simplifying RF design. The modules combine a 6GHz power amplifier (PA), a single-pole double-throw (SP2T) switch, and a bypassable multi-mode low-noise amplifier (LNA) into a single solution. This solution delivers high performance for next-generation wireless infrastructure. Optimized for 5V operation, the QPF4607 supports digital pre-distortion (DPD) techniques to achieve high linear output power, improved throughput, and reduced power consumption across the full Wi-Fi 7 channel bandwidth.
