THERM-A-GAP™ GEL 45 4.5W/m-K Dispensable Gels

Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP™ GEL 45 Dispensable Gels feature a one-component, silicone-based, thermal interface material that is fully cured and offers 4.5W/m-K thermal conductivity. These dispensable gels are designed for high-performance heat transfer in a wide variety of industries and applications. The GEL 45 series is optimized for automated dispensing while retaining properties that facilitate easy rework and field repair. The high flow rate and high thermal conductivity are ideal for high-volume applications, while the paste-like consistency enables tightly controlled dispensing and accurate material placement during assembly. Users need to use only a low compressive force to deflect under assembly pressure, limiting stress on components, solder joints, and PCB leads. Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP GEL 45 Dispensable Gels are suitable for an operating temperature range of -67°C to +392°C.
