This amplifier offers excellent linearity, superior return loss performance, low distortion, optimal reliability, low-noise unconditional stability under all terminations, and temperature sensing. Qorvo QPA5368 operates from 5MHz to 300MHz and features a 35.6dB typical gain at 300MHz and 195mA typical at 12V_DC. Qorvo QPA5368 Integrated Reverse Amplifier Module is ideal for headend equipment and reverse path system application and is available in a 20-pin, 11mm x 8.5mm x 1.375mm package.
