VT17x Transmissive Sensors

Vishay Semiconductor VT17x Transmissive Sensors are compact transmissive sensors that feature an infrared emitter and one (VT171P) or two (VT172U) phototransistor detectors, positioned face-to-face in a surface-mount package. Each Vishay Semiconductor VT17x Transmissive Sensor is especially designed to meet high operating temperature requirements and is released for operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +85°C.
