onsemi T30LMXT3V4T245 Dual-Supply Transceiver is a high‑speed, 4‑bit configurable dual‑supply translating bidirectional transceiver designed to enable reliable voltage‑level translation between digital interfaces operating at different supply voltages. The device features independent A‑ and B‑ports, powered by separate supply rails (VCCA and VCCB) that can each be set anywhere from 0.9V to 3.6V, allowing seamless bidirectional translation across a wide range of low‑voltage logic levels.
