iC-MU Magnetic Off-Axis Position Encoders

iC-Haus iC-MU Magnetic Off-Axis Position Encoders are integrated with Hall sensors for two-track scanning and can log an absolute position within one mechanical revolution. These encoders feature internal 12-bit (14-bit filtered) sine/digital converters that generate two position words, providing high-precision position data within a sine period. The iC-MU encoders provide position data serially, incrementally, or analog with two ports in various modes of operation. These encoders offer 16, 32, or 64 pole pairs per measurement distance and synchronization of external multiturn systems. The iC-MU encoders are compatible with SPI, BiSS, and SSI serial interfaces. Typical applications include rotative absolute encoders, linear absolute scales, motor feedback encoders, BLDC motor commutation, hollow shaft encoders, and multi-axis measurement systems.
