ZZZ-Finwave Semiconductor FW2003-EVB Evaluation Board
Finwave Semiconductor FW2003-EVB Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the FW2003 GaN SPDT RF switch. This switch features a 60W pulsed power handling, 30W CW power handling, 290ns switching time, and 430ns settling time. The FW2003 RF switch supports extended low-frequency operation down to 9kHz and is capable of hot switching. Typical applications include test and measurement systems and L-, S-, C-, and X-band radio and RADAR modules.
