TE Connectivity HC-STAK Family High-Voltage Interconnection System

TE Connectivity's (TE) HC-STAK Family High-Voltage Interconnection System is purpose-built for the next generation of electric (EV), hybrid (HEV), plug-in hybrid, and fuel-cell vehicles, from passenger cars to high-powered electric trucks. The TE HC-STAK family features a scalable fork-contact design supporting up to 400A of continuous current and 1000VDC voltage rating. The HC-STAK 25, 25 XE, and 35 variants deliver flexible, compact, and safe connectivity for high-voltage EV drivetrain architectures. When routing power between the battery, inverter, and the e-motor, the HC-STAK family offers superior current handling, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, and vibration resistance. All of this performance comes in a touch-safe, installation-friendly design.
