Texas Instruments LM25139-Q1 DC/DC Controllers
Texas Instruments LM25139-Q1 DC/DC Controller is a 42V, synchronous device with ultra-low IQ for single-output, high-current regulator circuits. This controller employs a peak current-mode control architecture, providing a fast transient response, convenient loop compensation, and excellent load and line regulation performance. The LM25139-Q1 controller features a unique Dual Random Spread Spectrum (DRSS). This controller features include simplified compliance with CISPR 25 automotive EMI requirements. The LM25139-Q1 controller operates at 4V to 42V input voltage range and -40°C to 150°C junction temperature range. This DC/DC controller is available in a thermally enhanced, 16-pin VQFN package with wettable flank pins and an exposed pad to aid in thermal dissipation. The LM25139-Q1 device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. The LM25139-Q1 controllers are ideal for automotive electronic systems, infotainment systems and instrument clusters, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), body electronics, and lighting.
