ams OSRAM SYNIOS® S 2222 LEDs

ams OSRAM SYNIOS® S 2222 LEDs offer a full-color range with 140mA binning in a compact 2.2mm2 outline. These LEDs provide improved color variety in customer-specific lighting solutions for electronic devices using RGBW modules. The Synios S 2222 LEDs are suitable for various applications, from customized lighting solutions for electronic devices and ambient lighting for trains and planes to high-quality architectural lighting. The ams OSRAM SYNIOS S 2222 LEDs provide an efficient and flexible platform for various low- and mid-power applications with injection currents ranging from 10mA to 200mA. These LEDs are offered in six colors, which can be combined.

In addition to white (3000K to 6500 K, CRI >80), the product family includes variants in blue (445nm to 460nm), green (520nm to 540nm), yellow (583nm to 595nm, conversion and direct emission), red (612nm to 626nm), and super red (626nm to 636nm). The uniform dimensions of the SYNOIS S 2222 LEDs make them easy to integrate into many different solutions. The low 0.6mm package height makes extremely low-profile lighting solutions possible.
