Analog Devices Inc. AD7405 16-Bit Isolated Sigma-Delta Modulators
Analog Devices AD7405 16-bit, isolated sigma-delta modulators are high-performance, second-order, Σ-Δ modulators with on-chip digital isolation based on iCoupler® technology. AD7405 modulators convert an analog input signal into a high-speed, single-bit LVDS data stream. Operating from a 4.5V to 5.5V (VDD1) power supply, AD7405 accepts a differential input signal of ±250mV (±320mV full-scale).The Analog Devices AD7405 AD7405 16-bit, isolated sigma-delta modulators are ideal for shunt voltage monitoring in high voltage applications requiring galvanic isolation. Available in a 16-lead, wide-body SOIC package with an operating temperature range of −40°C to +125°C, AD7405 modulators are particularly well-suited for shunt current monitoring, AC motor controls, power and solar inverters, wind turbine inverters, data acquisition systems, and analog-to-digital & opto-isolator replacements.
