Bosch BMI5 Motion Sensor Platform
Bosch BMI5 Motion Sensor Platform features three inertial sensors designed to deliver consistent, high-precision performance across multiple device classes. The BMI560 sensor is optimized for extended reality (XR) headsets and glasses as well as advanced optical image stabilization (OIS+) in action cams and smartphones. The BMI563 offers an extended range, making it ideal for high-dynamic motion sensing in robotics and XR controllers. The BMI570 provides precise activity and context recognition for hearables and wearables. All of these sensors are built on a shared hardware foundation and adapted through intelligent software. The MEMS architecture resists thermo-mechanical stress effects while providing vibration robustness, ultra-low noise, and twice the full-scale range of the previous generation. Bosch BMI5 platform sensors feature a compact industry-standard LGA package to simplify integration into devices.
