Broadcom ACPL-K49CT Automotive R2Coupler™ Optocouplers
Broadcom ACPL-K49CT Automotive R2Coupler™ Optocouplers are designed for automotive applications. The Broadcom ACPL-K49CT optocouplers support a data rate of 20kBd and feature a low-power, low-leakage phototransistor configuration. The devices' stretched SO-8 package is compatible with standard surface-mount processes. These optocouplers use an insulating layer between the LED and the photodetector to ensure electrical insulation between input and output. Separate connections for the photodiode bias and output transistor collector minimize base-collector capacitance, increasing speed by up to 100 times compared to standard phototransistor couplers. The Broadcom R2Coupler™ technology ensures reinforced insulation and reliability, making it ideal for automotive and high-temperature industrial environments.Features
