Broadcom AEPD-D0F2 SMT Photodiode

Broadcom AEPD-D0F2 SMT Photodiode is a silicon PIN photodiode with a unique package design that enables it to be surface-mountable package. This photodiode includes a ±19° angle of sensitivity and a black epoxy package with a sensitivity of >800nm. The AEPD-D0F2 SMT photodiode features a -40°C to 85°C operating temperature range, 30V reverse voltage, and 150mW power dissipation. The primary optic focuses light into the photodiode die, resulting in higher light sensitivity and cutting off stray lights from the side. The APED-D0F2 photodiode is ideal for industrial automation, white goods, and outdoor devices.
