Diodes Incorporated PI4ULS5V108 8-Bit Bi-Direction Level Shifter

Diodes Incorporated PI4ULS5V108 8-Bit Bi-Direction Level Shifter supports 100MHz up translation and greater than 100MHz down translation. The PI4ULS5V108 achieves this at ≤30pF cap load and up to 40MHz up / down translation at 50pF cap load. This supports consumer or telecom interfaces (MDIO or SDIO) and has bidirectional voltage translation without needing a DIR pin. The shifter minimizes system effort for PMBus, I2C, or SMBus. Diodes Incorporated PI4ULS5V108 supports 5V tolerance on IO ports and is compatible with TTL levels in industrial and telecom applications. The device can set up voltage translation levels on each channel.
