Analog Devices Inc. DEMO-ADIN114XAZ Demo Board
Analog Devices DEMO-ADIN114XAZ Demo Board supplies a flexible platform for evaluating the ADIN1140 10BASE-T1S MAC-PHY. The board supports half-duplex 10Mbps Single-Pair Ethernet connectivity for devices compliant with the IEEE 802.3cg 10BASE-T1S Ethernet standard, including both multidrop and point-to-point link configurations.
The ADI DEMO-ADIN114XAZ includes feather-form connectivity for external MCU boards and connectivity to the UMFT4222EV-D USB-to-SPI bridge. The board does not include an onboard MCU, allowing developers to evaluate the ADIN1140 across multiple MCU platforms or connect through a Windows host using the USB-to-SPI bridge.
The demo board is ideal for ADIN1140 MAC-PHY evaluation, industrial 10BASE-T1S networking, and prototype systems that require SPI-based host control. Collateral support includes a C-code software driver with examples that can serve as a starting point for integrating the 10BASE-T1S MAC-PHY into larger systems.
