IXYS DMAx Standard Rectifiers

IXYS DMAx Standard Rectifiers feature planar passivated chips, low leakage current, and low forward voltage drop. These rectifiers include improved thermal behavior. The DMAx rectifiers operate at -55°C to +150°C temperature range. IXYS DMAx Standard Rectifiers are ideal for use in single and three-phase bridge configurations and diodes for main rectification.

DMA10P1200UZ Phase Leg Rectifier

The DMA10P1200UZ rectifier features high commutation robustness and high surge capability. This rectifier comes with a TO-252 package. This package provides an industry-standard outline, is RoHS compliant, meets UL 94V-0, and has a high creepage distance between terminals. The DMA10P1200UZ rectifier operates at 0.9V maximum threshold voltage, 10A average forward current, and 1.27V forward voltage drop.

DMA10P1600HR Phase Leg Rectifier

The DMA10P1600HR rectifier comes with an ISO247 package. This package meets the industry-standard outline, is RoHS compliant, and is UL 94V-0. The DMA10P1600HR rectifier includes soldering pins for PCB mounting, backside DCB ceramic, reduced weight, and advanced power cycling. This rectifier operates at 0.81V maximum threshold voltage, 10A average forward current, and 1.18V forward voltage drop.

DMA80IM1600HB Single Diode Rectifier

The DMA80IM1600HB rectifier features high commutation robustness and high surge capability. The rectifier comes with a TO-247 package, which meets the industry-standard outline, is RoHS compliant, and is UL 94V-0. The DMA80IM1600HB rectifier operates at 0.82V maximum threshold voltage, 80A average forward current, and 1.55V forward voltage drop.
