IXYS SK002xSx Sensitive SCRs

IXYS SK002xSx Sensitive SCRs are 1.5A sensitive gate thyristors for input current protection and fault detection designs. The SCRs feature glass-passivated junctions to support long-term reliability and parametric stability in compact protection circuits. The IXYS SK002xSx series supports direct microprocessor interface via sensitive gate triggering and offers high noise immunity for environments with elevated EMI. The SK002xSx also provides surge-current capability and a high non-repetitive surge peak off-state voltage, helping designers simplify input current and voltage protection.

The devices are ideal for ground-fault circuit interrupters, arc-fault circuit interrupters, residual-current devices, and residual-current circuit breakers with overload protection. The series is available in SOT-223 and TO-92 package options with defined anode, cathode, and gate pinouts for board-level implementation.
