Littelfuse AK3-A Axial Leaded TVS Diodes
Littelfuse AK3-A Axial Leaded TVS Diodes are designed to meet the severe surge-test environment for both AC and DC line-protection applications. These diodes feature a very fast response and ultra-low clamping characteristics over traditional Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) solutions. The AK3-A TVS diodes are connected in series and/or parallel to create a very high surge current protection solution. These diodes provide Sharp breakdown voltage and low slope resistance. The AK3-A TVS diodes offer a 3kA current rating and are capable of both reflow and wave soldering. These diodes are halogen-free and RoHS compliant.
