Murata Electronics SCH16T 6-Degrees-of-Freedom (6DoF) Gyroscope and Accelerometer Sensors deliver high performance and safety in a single-package 6DoF MEMS inertial measurement unit (IMU), ideal for demanding industrial environments. This product family includes three variants: the SCH16T-K01, a versatile general-purpose IMU; the SCH16T-K10, offering an extended gyroscope range for high-rotation-speed measurement; and the SCH16T-K20, with significantly enhanced gyroscope and accelerometer performance. All three types use a robust MEMS platform with an advanced MEMS gyroscope and are software and pin-to-pin compatible with one another for easy swapability. Murata SCH16T 6DoF Gyroscope and Accelerometer Sensors feature self-diagnostic capabilities, making them suitable for safety-critical applications.
