onsemi NL17SG07 MiniGate™ Buffer
onsemi NL17SG07 MiniGate™ Buffer is an advanced high-speed CMOS buffer with open-drain output in an ultra-small footprint. The onsemi NL17SG07 input structures provide protection when voltages up to 5.5V are applied with VCC greater than or equal to 0.9V. Otherwise, the protection is up to 4.6V regardless of the supply voltage.

- Wide 0.9V to 3.6V operating VCC range
- High speed of tPD = 2.5ns (typ.) at VCC = 3.0V, CL = 15pF
- Low power dissipation of ICC = 0.5A (max.) at TA = +25°C
- 3.6V overvoltage tolerant (OVT) input pins
- IOFF supports partial-power-down protection
- Available in ultra-small packages
- These devices are Pb-free and halide-free
