onsemi NL3V4T244 Voltage Level Translator is a dual-supply 4-bit configurable dual-supply level. This level translator operates at 0.9V to 3.6V VCCA and VCCB. The NL3V4T244 translator allows non-inverting translations from A to B ports. This device is Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS-compliant. The NL3V4T244 voltage level translator features partial power-off protection. This voltage level translator is suitable for mobile phones, PDAs, other portable devices, automotive, and industrial.
