Panasonic Industry AQV258H5 PhotoMOS® are relays that offer high-voltage switching reliability and application safety in battery management systems (BMS), test and measurement, electrical power, and industrial markets. These HE 1 Form A type 1500V relays can replace existing standard electromechanical relays in some applications. The replacement offers benefits such as a longer life cycle, greater resistance to shock and vibration, and low on-resistance.
