Renesas Electronics REXFET-1 100V & 150V Power MOSFETs
Renesas Electronics REXFET-1 100V and 150V Power MOSFETs use split-gate technology to reduce RDS(ON) and figure of merit (FOM) for high-current applications. The 100V family is available in 3x3 µSO8-FL WF, 5x6 SO8-FL WF, TOLL, TOLG, and TOLT package options, while the 150V family is available in TOLL and TOLT package options. These packages support high power density, strong thermal performance, and high current capability. The REXFET-1 MOSFETs also offer wettable-flank package options for improved solder-joint reliability and automated optical inspection. Qualified to meet JEDEC industrial standards or AEC-Q101 automotive certification, these Renesas MOSFETs are ideal for industrial and automotive applications.
