STMicroelectronics EVL-L98GD8E Evaluation Board
STMicroelectronics EVL-L98GD8E Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the L98GD8E, a 48V-rated smart power device designed by STMicroelectronics in advanced BCD technology. The L98GD8E is a flexible, high-side/low-side configurable pre-driver that can drive both NMOS and PMOS. It is possible to configure the device as an independent eight high-side and low-side pre-drivers or as two H-Bridge pre-drivers or two pick and hold pre-drivers by using SPI configuration and a jumper on the board. All channels are protected against short circuit, overcurrent, and overtemperature conditions. The user can connect this board to the SPC56M-DIS, the Discovery+ board developed for the SPC563M64L5.
