Texas Instruments ADS1x4S1x Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs)

Texas Instruments ADS1x4S1x Analog-to-Digital Converters are precision delta-sigma ADCs for temperature, pressure, flow, and other industrial sensor measurements. The family incorporates 16- or 24-bit conversion, a low-noise programmable-gain amplifier, a flexible input multiplexer, an internal reference, an oscillator, and programmable excitation-current sources.

The TI ADS1x4S1x ADCs offer 6- and 12-input configurations for systems with different channel-count requirements. The devices integrate sensor biasing, diagnostics, calibration, and fault detection functions to reduce external circuitry and simplify precision data acquisition designs.
