Texas Instruments DRV8003-Q1 2-Channel Gate Driver
Texas Instruments DRV8003-Q1 2-Channel Gate Driver is an automotive multi-function 4-channel half-bridge, 8-channel high side, 2-channel gate driver. This driver combines door-control functions with motor load driving and diagnostics, supports resistive and capacitive loads, controls lamps or LEDs, and drives MOSFETs for heating and electrochromic applications. The DRV8003-Q1 protection features for offline and active diagnostics, such as under-voltage/overvoltage monitoring, offline open-load and short-circuit diagnostics, and zone-based thermal monitoring and shutdown protection. This device also has an external MOSFET driver for a resistive heating element. Typical applications include door module, body control modules, and zonal module.
