Texas Instruments REF30/REF30E Low Current Voltage References

Texas Instruments REF30/REF30E Low Current Voltage References are precision, low-power, low-dropout voltage references available in a tiny 3-pin SOT-23 package. REF30E is the enhanced-performance version of the REF30 and is designed for precision applications. The REF30E offers improved initial accuracy and temperature drift while operating at a lower quiescent current of 25µA.

The low power consumption and improved precision make the REF30E very attractive for loop-powered industrial applications, such as temperature and pressure transmitters, and battery-powered applications. The Texas Instruments REF30/REF30E is specified over the extended industrial temperature range of –40°C to +125°C. The REF30 is easy to use in explosion-proof and intrinsically safe applications because it does not require a load capacitor to remain stable.
