The Apex Microtechnology MP118 offers an outstanding performance that rivals more expensive hybrid components. The amplifiers have a footprint of only ≈26cm2 (4 in2). The 140kHz power bandwidth and 10A output of the MP118 makes it a good choice for piezo transducer drive applications.

Apex Microtechnology Power Operational (Linear) Amplifiers are a portfolio of products designed for applications that require high current and high voltage. These Apex Microtechnology amplifiers are offered in various high-reliability form factors with voltage rails from 5V to 2500V. These feature output currents from 0.01A to 100A (peak) and slew rates up to 3000V/us. These features provide a compact, proven solution for demanding precision power analog applications such as piezo actuation/positioning, electrostatic/magnetic deflection, and DC/servo motion control.
